  • Game ran very smoothly and the animations are very fluid. I love the variations in the slimes themselves. I would love to see some more variety in the upgrades themselves. The artwork and colour schemes were well suited and good to look at. The GDD could do with more planning framework and more concept visual work. Keep it up!

Summarise your game!
Eliminate the pesky slimes, upgrade your weapon, die and start again in this survivors-like shooter.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The player plays as a sentient gun that possesses gnomes. When the player dies the gnome is lost permanently. Each gnome has a unique name, looks and outfit that change between runs.

I really respect that you made your own art for this. Instantly adds charm to a game and sets it apart from many other survivors- like style games. It pairs well with all the randomization you've implemented as well. My only complaint would be that I hate shooting the cute/smiley slimes. They are too cute and happy, I just can't bring myself to do it, haha!

I enjoyed playing!! I love the variety in the character randomizer in each run and all the different faces of the slimes :D It would be nice if there were a small indicator of damage taken, I looked down and suddenly I had 3 health left unknowingly! Very enjoyable and some of the upgrades make it feel addicting to play to try to get again.
