- Thanks for entering the game jam! This is a great concept and executed well. Had me chuckling for sure! The vibe was good with art style. Music was a touch loud but otherwise fitting. Controls were straight forward and responsive. I really like the physics consideration for movement and aiming backward. Would love to see you mess with gravity level for a floating feeling and momentum considerations. Boss tracked my movement and attacks were following my movements (good work on tracking) Would love to see more levels as I was excited for the automatic weapon. Great entry and looking forward to future developments!

You Are The Weapon (Literally) is an action shooter roguelike where the player does not control a character but instead plays as various weapons. Upon eliminating an enemy, the player immediately transforms into the weapon that enemy was using, dynamically shifting playstyle and abilities.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:

this project had alot of really cool concepts going for it! I liked the physics of being able to rotate my player and continuously fly about by shooting bullets :3 did shoot final baddy alot and they did die alot, gun out of ten
