Love the backpack upgrades and that you did hit the theme exactly. very cool animations (especially the cover image), lots of creative enemy types that all felt in the same universe., Very cool that its intuitive enough so it doesnt require a tutorial.I liked having to figure out the invincible howling ghost was because my candle went out. Very cool entry, thanks for jamming ✨

I think it's pretty neat. Does it have an ending?
Some gameplay features aren't very clear (when does Ghostface actually show up and how to repel it, I didn't understand before a while shops are shops...)
I also had long drought of no item room and no shop room sometimes, which is frustrating ( I want to become strong!)
I wish I had a clearer goal, and that I could really feel my character become powerful.
But other than that, I like it. Art is great.
The game doesn't have an ending, but there is a boss that you can find after you catch 5 angelic ghosts.
About repelling GhostFace, the UI has a candle and it will go out over time and when it goes out GhostFace appears, to repel it you have to find the angelic ghosts that reset the candle count, thanks for the comment and playing the game, it's our first GameJam game so your comment helps a lot :]
