I really like how the platforms can be destroyed by pounding down on them or by jumping underneath if it is an ice block. I also like that some platforms can contain various items like bombs, missiles, spikes, money and health. Also, destroying 4 battery boxes to get a random special event is super cool. In terms of how the game could be improved, I think if two boxes were destroyed at the same time, it would be better to get both of that item. Also, a full screen button on the menu screen or one that itch.io can provide on the bottom right corner would be a nice addition to the game.
Thank you for playing and all the feedback! I completely agree that you should get all the items you're owed if 2 boxes are destroyed at once. But this engine seems to only give one thing in return when conditions are met even if they're met multiple times at once. I wasn't sure how to fix it and this has prevented me from implementing other things. Adding a full screen option is a good idea. I'll look into that.
I think this game is great and has a very good chance of winning this jam, there are lots of interesting platforms, which all look great when they are destroyed.
