I am interested in making a platformer in a strange and constrained language, such as TI-Basic or Minecraft (Java Edition) datapack. These would require more than just a windows computer to play. Would a submission like that be acceptable?

Yes this is allowed you will just have to show us a video of the Minecraft (Java Edition) data pack :)

This is because some people may not have access to minecraft java edition.
