Overall a really juicy game! Lots of game feel in this one. Great communication on the card effects and aspects!
My only complaint is that building a deck didn’t feel as impactful since you’ll be switching characters, but I might not be strategizing in 5D Chess to take better advantage of it.
Hi!
I just streamed this game! ( https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1889937622 ) I can say it’s nice but I really hate pixelart XD.
I think that a tutorial should be done for this, it took me a turn to get used to the usability.
Overall, I see potential in this game. Congratulations! Keep working!✨
Well done it's a cool idea! At first I thought it was just a normal game until I got to see the main mechanic, makes it more interesting and the combat itself is actually quite good I think well done :)
Great idea that you can switch sides to take more or less risk.
It remains interesting as the cards that pop up allow for good combinations.
It would be nice if the music changed a bit with the levels.
When you pass a round, there should be some healing. But then maybe the game is too easy.
It would be nice if you could jump to the menu at any time and then quit if you want.
Good difficulty and game is fun to play. I would recommend healing some hp after each battle so it's not always better to switch.
A fun game with a bit of RNG. I defeated Satan by collecting enough Damage cards to surpass his Shield Gain and Healing.
Could only play the web version, but loved this game and concept. This is an excellent response to the roles reversed prompt! I loved the decision making about choosing a new character and the feeling of leveling up in that way. I reached a really interesting ending. The main issue with the game is that switching characters always seems like the best strategy, which is definitely an interesting switch from normal deckbuilder thinking. But it means that the choice of whether to switch doesn't really feel like a choice. Maybe sticking with a character and building a good deck is a viable strategy, but it didn't feel viable enough compared with switching all the time. Really really cool game.
