If there is an ending to this, or a way to find the cat, I didn't find it.
I did find all seven jpgs though.
My favorite part was the little story on the TV. It was easy to overlook, so stumbling on it really enhanced the experience of watching it.
This is so intriguing. I love the visuals and story. It's great that we want to discover the art, and then we find out what the plotline is. It might be just me but I could only find 6 jpegs. It's a testament to the game that I spent a while extra trying to find the next jpeg. Also, on the musical notes section (which is a lovely mini-game) I found that unless I was on the side of the cage I couldn't select the eye. Hope that makes sense. Great job.
One of the most unique artstyle i've seen in a while, i really like the tone of the game and the pacing it has! Good job!
Extremely enjoyable from start to finish.
Absolutely loved every second of this experience, from the opening with the sense of urgency to the absolute trip this game was all the way through to the ending. The little conversation here and there were amazing as well, more than once they got an audible chuckle out of me.
Overall, one of the better jam games I've played in a while. 5 stars.
"Dang, that's cool" Is what I would say if I could only write four words to describe this experience.
I don’t think I have ever played a game in a game jam that sucked me in as well as this one did. Everything is super polished to the point of it being up to what I would consider professional standards. The atmosphere and the music are so immersive and masterfully done it took quite a bit to break my immersion when I hit the caged bird puzzle. It did keep me stuck for a little bit but I eventually found the answer, which I won’t spoil here. I am still a fledgling when it comes to game development and art but eventually I hope that I could create something as interesting as this. Also I agree that for some reason my own art always looks better in my memory. Phenomenal work and while art is subjective, I would classify this game as Probably Art.
