Good little game! It was quite tricky at times but it did make me want to get as far as I could. A few recommendations I have would be to maybe add some music to make it a little less awkward when playing for a while, maybe add in some more obstacle types to keep things fresh, and while the color scheme is nice, it is a little strenuous on the eyes after a while. Overall, I had fun with this one!

Love the use of the theme! The gameplay is nice and simple and easy to jump right into. I really loved the progression of the different areas, I thought it was really cool the first time I made it into the the second section and things were glowing. One thing I think would be a good addition would be checkpoints, I am apparently quite bad at the game and kept getting stuck and I gave up after awhile because I would get sent right up to the top. That was really the only thing that stood out to me, but other than that great job!!! :)

Thanks dude, checkpoints are a good idea, but i think i wanted to keep an arcade highscore sort of game

I thoroughly enjoyed this simple, quick game. I liked the colours you used for the homicidal sea cucumbers (that’s what they were, right?!?!) and the quick pick-up-and-play nature of your effort here.

If I were to be nit-picky, I’d adjust the following:

  • allow a keyboard shortcut to restart the game, instead of just the mouse.
  • I made it to the bottom, but the game still went on! My score was over 500 when I landed, but kept increasing after I stopped.

Well done! Best of success with the jam. :)

Thanks for the feedback, the ending was a bit rushed on my behalf
