  • A nice little "pregnancy as punishment" game - not normally something I enjoy, since it effectively punishes players for getting the thing they want... However here it doesn't automatically make you game-over, so it's not so bad. I was rather surprised that the game allows us to play the moments before Kiri enters the proper Estate part - a much appreciated detail, letting us as players delve too deep ourselves. It greatly helps build familiarity and sense of responsibility for Kiri's situation. On the other hand - the game is quite rife with bugs which, combined with the intentionally annoying game design inherent to trap-based games, doesn't make for the most pleasant gaming experience. I did like that saving was limited to your visits with the merchant however, it fit the game's aim. Overall not bad at all, just needs a few adjustments to remove the unintentional ways to get yourself stuck or too big to go on.
