WIP ...still!

I started a nice, quick, simple project for this jam. So of course, it exploded to a basically unacheiveable scope.

But! I'm still chipping away at it when I get a minute here and there between other projects, and I imagine it'll be done right up at the deadline, because that's when it has to be done by.

Anyway, it's a twine game, a somewhat involved twine game. WIP pics to follow!

A screenshot of a text-based game. It reads: "My darling niece Augusta, I do hope your travels by boat and by coach will be tolerable. Your Sisters wish you well. From Mister Ludlam (or should I say your Father, as he is so very fond of reminding us), we have heard no end, on account of the very Minute and Particular travel arrangements he has made for you (which I hope you find to be Expedious and Modern, and to be enclosed herein), nor do we hope to hear the end of him before we hear from you. You know how he takes on so."

A screenshot of a text-based game. It reads: "The panelled walls are a salmagundi of Chinese laquerwork, faux arabesques, painted silk panels, rococo gilt, crystal, porcelain, and a hundred clashing shades of yellow. When the chandeliers are lit, it is almost dizzying. In the half-light, it defies perception. Deep in the gloom lurks a low, angular bulk: the device itself."
