Is there any  engine requirement? I only ever  worked on Unity and Unreal.

No engine requirement! They just posted examples that might be easier for those without experience.

Yup, that's correct. Use whatever engine you want, as long as we can play it on a Windows PC, web browser, or Android phone (we don't have access to too many Macs unfortunately so no iOS or MacOS submissions pls)
