Aseprite is paid but is really powerful for pixel art and spritesheet animation

A simple and free app that I use is Pix2d, it has about everything you need to make good looking artwork.

I can promise you, good sir, that no one is going to use that app even if you gave it away. Also, I'm gonna take a wild guess that you don't have legal rights to use that 10 year old wallpaper you're using as the background to your.. uh... logo splash image thing.

Also Aseprite is open source and free. It's only 'paid' if you don't know how to compile it (there's step by step guides).

I'm going to assume you're just young and naive, but once you start ripping other people's stuff without credit and spamming unrelated boards you kinda loose my sympathy.

piskel is good and free,
