I was able to beat it, and this was done really well. The music was good, and having 6 different songs is quite impressive. The art was a bit simple, but it worked for what the game needed to convey. The gameplay was fun, and I enjoyed the challenge. Great job!
thank you
Nice game. It's really hard - I couldn't get past level 3! The simple visuals work really well to show what's important and the music is great.
The music is FIRE, keep cookin bro
Holy moly I can even make it past level 2 lol! So tried to skip to level3 and yep even harder.
Solid job on the difficulty and even though graphics are simple (Has a nice Atari feel) the minimalist style works as its more about concentrating on the obstacle course that the graphics :)
Jump audio got really annoying after a bit, and the characters moved too fast to be precise enough, but still an ok game
A very challenging but fun game! I enjoyed each level and figuring out the solution! The jumping sound was a little loud, but the music was very nice.
This was very challenging! The movement felt a little to slippery to me, I wish the player stopped and started a little faster - but I also don't play many platform games, so maybe this feels great to a more seasoned player!
It sounded like there was a different song for each level, which was a nice touch.
Were the levels designed with a particular solution in mind? Or is the expectation that the player should be able to get around all possible combinations of spikes and platforms?
the levels, were designed with different ways to be beaten.
Nice! Sounds like it's a skill issue haha.
Congratulations on the release of your game!
This was the game I wanted to make before we pivoted, nice job, if you sharpen the controls a bit more maybe an fsm would improve gameplay.
at first I was confused, but then I looked up fsm 🤣
Sorry should have explained I only learned about it recently then remade my last gamejam entry controller with it and it made a big difference. https://gd.games/jam_mack46/misspell
