Cool but simple puzzle game.
I had an idea to make it more engaging and to entice the player to keep building, what if as you build the world comes alive? whether NPCs or even just different little animals walking around. But maybe nothing is needed and that wouldn't fit in just a puzzle game.
Really fun puzzle. Love the idea! My best score is 3000
music is kindof a vibe, seems like a chill puzzle game on an airplane monitor or something. also really unexpected way to adhere to the temperature theme, great job
Wow! Had a great time playing this. The controls weren't super intuitive, maybe scroll wheel to rotate as well as R click, and WASD to move around? But I loved the gameplay - it felt a lot like Dorfromantik, which is a game i love. The different biomes were nice, and i found it pretty challenging. My last thing would be to make some of the pieces a little less complex, ones with a seperate biome on every edge were hard to use. but the first perfect i got, felt amazing! Nice work!
This was really cool. I love geometric puzzle games. I played a while and stopped when I felt like I could keep going indefinitely. Ironically it seems to get easier over time past a certain point because you have so much accumulated edge area to build off of, which is interesting. It makes me wonder how you could limit this on the design side elegantly... anyways, lotta fun, nice job!
OMG that is a crazy score! Yeah it's an interesting question, a simple solution would be to reduce the number of extra tiles you gain when creating a perfect tile, but it might seriously limit the size an island can become. Maybe reducing the perfect tile reward and implementing another means of gaining additional tiles such as completing quests like connecting X number of desert triangles or X number of forest triangles could be a nice solution as it can become harder to complete the quests the longer you play. I'll think some more about it and maybe add a little update after the rating period :)) Thanks for playing!
very creative, i did 640 points.
Nice one!
