A bit confusing at first but absolutely fantastic once you get the hang of it! :)

Pretty awesome game! I have to be honest and say I was incredibly confused playing it at first, I had no idea what to do and what I was doing. I think the objective and controls could be explained a little better. Although once I figured out how to play and what the objective was, I decided that this game is amazing. The game's concept of influencing people against fake news is pretty relevant to our time. I really like the game mechanic though, it's kind of like a 2 player tower-defense game which is a really interesting idea that I've surprisingly never seen before. It also took me a moment to realize that this is a local 2 player game only, so my only advice would be to add some kind of simple AI so people can play alone. Without having played with an actual person, I can honestly tell that the game and its mechanic has a lot of potential. The artwork is pretty fun and the intro menu is very cute and relevant with all the videos of Italians performing in balconies given the whole COVID situation. I liked how the singer actually sings when you click on him! The sound FX in this game are really nice by the way, especially the ice cream trucks and radios. Just also want to point out that the game resumes if you're in the tutorial screen and press ESC.

Awesome concept!

Thank you very much Forever AFK for the feedbacks! We know that there are some problems in communicating the objective and we're currently trying to understand how to solve them. I'm also glad that you liked it and, if you want to try it again, in the following days I'll upload a simple AI that I'm implementing right now! That's being said, thank you again and stay safe :*

Hi again! I wanted to notify you that I've recently uploaded a new version with a better tutorial (I hope) and an AI :) I'd be very grateful if you want to give us more feedback! Thank you again :)

I was so happy that I was crushing my enemy but then I realized that it was a 2 player game, not 1 vs AI lol

As I don't have anyone to play with right now it's hard to give valid feedback. But from what I noticed, the game is very well done and highly polished. There's plenty of unique sounds and very nice artwork. Once you get the hang of the mechanics, they are cool and fun to use. It would be great if you implemented even a simple AI :)

Well done!

Hi Kraft_ thanks for the feedback! Today I implement it :) maybe check in few days! We'll surely need a feedback on that :)

Ok, so let me try to explain it. In recent years fake news are becoming more and more frequent.

So we took on the jam thinking about "A lot of"... Fake News and we exploit it both in the theme and the winning condition. It's a 1v1 local game and wins whoever has the greatest amount of "influenced" people at the end of the time.

  • To influence people you can place on a person in your map a Telephone or on the ground a Radio.
  • You can also remove the influence of your opponents on its people using the Journal, placing it on it's ground, or using the Premier charm to halves the number of its influenced people.

Hope it's more clear now :)  Thanks for any further feed :)
