I’ve been working on this jam with a group of friends since the jam begun, we got so caught up in our ideas we forgot the jam is mainly text based.

We are creating a castlevania-esque game with dialogue and branching choices along with combat, would this still count for the jam?

I would say so - although we did generally have text based games in mind, provided it's still narrative-focused and interactive (and about queer vamps), I wouldn't want to tell you not to submit it! sometimes the creative process carries you away lmfao
