Its hard for me to play first person without inverse mouse Y but ok. Also I spent a bit trying to scrape that dot off my monitor, which turned out to be a crosshair :D It is interesting that you have to read the article to figure out what to do. I am not sure if duck tape has a purpose or it just isn't clear that is worked, either way I thought I failed yet again and threw the bomb in frustration but it turned out I did it and it started smoking. Interesting, gj.
Lol, I guess I did not make the best crosshair, and the duct tape was supposed to be another step but i ran out of time. Thanks for playing even though it is not the clearest game.
Success! I did manage to make a smoke bomb after my second attempt. The first ended quite sadly with one of the key ingredients stuck along a corner of the counter. It seems if things end up on the floor we can't quite reach to pick them up again. (Or perhaps it was stuck inside some geometry of the level.)
It would have been much better to have some instructions, even a quick note saying the interaction buttons, inside the game itself. But this is still quite impressive given the time constraint. Bonus points for having the tape and other objects just like in the picture. And it worked, I made a ninja smoke bomb!
Nice, I had several bugs with the pick up system I used. I know that you can reach objects on the floor, but I don't know why it does not work all the time. I wish I had time for the instructions as I think that would have added a lot to the feel of the game. Thanks for the feedback!
The game page contains more instructions on what to do!
