As a general note, I'm looking to take it chill and relaxed. I understand everyone has their own schedules to adhere to, I just ask that we try to avoid crunch. I am not willing to stay up until the early hours of the morning to get in that "one last asset." I'm also willing to step in as a producer if need be.
