These are great, really like how uncluttered the board is too. It must be tempting to include a million things, but these feel understandable to play. Also cool that they recruit on opposite sides of the board, and that they can move and promote their tokens, that all feels really novel
I'm very curious how these guys play because I feel like they need a lot to fuel their engine, they need cards to battle and recruit, but you also need recruits to battle and promote, and you need battles to trigger the innate scoring ability. It all flows in such an interesting way.
Because of the power of promoted events, I do wonder if they will be a major target for other factions on the board. Super interesting!

One thing I was interested to see is that there's only one of each token? I'm wondering if having more than one of each type might lead to a variety of playstyles with these guys going forward.

Thanks, I'm glad you like them! Your suggestion of multiple of each token could bring a lot of interesting decisions to playing the faction, will definitely take that on board for the future!
I like the travelling circus idea, and how you've made it "feel" like a travelling circus with the "Travelling entertainers" ability.
I am a bit confused by the "After activating an event" clause. The token moves without any warriors with it? I guess you have to position yourself carefully so that your event has somewhere defended to retreat to.
Thanks for the feedback! Yes you are correct the events move on their own without warriors after activation. Since this faction has no buildings and only 3 tokens total to defend, the idea is you can't just sit in a corner of the map with a pile of warriors on each event and have to plan to spread across the map.
Certainly a good starting point, though I would have liked to have seen more overt use of the theme. I like the idea of having promoted tokens! Hope you keep working on on!
Thanks for the feedback, we definitely would've liked to have explored the theme some more! We did realise before submitting that we had ended up drifting away from it a bit during development but it's our first time designing a fan faction so we've definitely learned a lot for the future.
