Finished the game and got all the endings, it was really good! Loved it!

You and Cubin did an excellent job! The focus mode was a great idea, Idk how you made it,and using parallax instead of normal tilesets gave the game its own unique style. The QTE events were also really good, especially with how they were animated.

Keep it up!!

I really enjoyed this!! There were so many little points and details that added to the creepiness and made me intrigued for the rest of the mystery. Like, how much of this is real and how reliable is our narrator?

The music stood out to me as well, I liked how there were different version of the same motif. It felt like a looping build, like constantly working towards something that never comes. Really creepy, kept me on edge the whole time.

I loved the focus skill. I did initially forget about it after the dream, the contents of the dream were just shocking and cool that by the time I had to use the skill I'd COMPLETELY spaced it. Some of that is being being a space cadet, but also maybe for the text where he's missing his keys there's a small line about needing to focus to find them. But once it was in my brain I used it constantly and it felt supremely rewarding. I wish there was an easier button for it but I understand (more than understand haha) that's tricky with the engine. But in the future being able to hit "F" for example would be really cool.

I was able to go to the next door apartment before I went to work. I wasn't sure if that was on purpose or not. I'm SO curious about glasses dude and about the room with the number code. I thought maybe it had to do with the dark alley, since that's between where I'm trying to go. I imagine that's for future in the game and I'm really curious about it.

The monster chase scene was so scary and so cool! I died the first time LITERALLY because I ran back up to get another look at it and then died hahaha. 10/10 worth it haha. I didn't really get or love the sneak parts before that. It felt like I was just bumping against them and the way they walked with low frequency of movement made them look a little silly. But I get the vibe ur going for and I loved the hooded look to them. The way they turned to stare at me as I "snuck past" was really funny haha.

Loved the QTE type parts! they worked well and the visual indicators for them were really well done. Except for not finding my key and not knowing I was supposed to be heading to my car for work, I always felt like I knew where I was supposed to be going and what I was supposed to be doing. Great work!
