Great experience playing this. I had trouble getting passes the Temple. Initially was feeling quite engaged by the narrative and after trying time and time again at the temple. I just started min maxing as much as possible the stats to get passed but unfortunately couldn't. The UI/UX is really nice apart from the visual indication on the map for the currently selected location it felt great. I really enjoyed the decryption of the text.

Oh yea, like others, I really like the graphic design, sound design and general taste in this.

There's definitely a sense of atmosphere, discovery and progression. I thought the progress bar during an expedition is a really clever touch, adds just the right amount of suspense and time to let my mind start wondering "did I pick the right folks for that mission?!"

I misunderstood the temple mission initially. I sent people who didn't have enough sight and it said "it's for the best", which I kinda giggled at. Then I thought that was a clue to ensure I always sent a party with less than 3 sight, so I kept trying that. Ultimately I realised my folly and sent a more visually capable team. But it did make me think there's space to explore hidden information like that.

Like Asriela said below, I wish the currently selected location had a better visual indication on the map.

Really well done! Great atmosphere and the UI looks amazing. Each expedition made me more curious to know what's next. Definitely embraces the theme very well.

I like how everything feels slightly off and obscured. I feel like the location you selected should have a selection circle. The death animations are amazing and makes you feel like its suddenly too late and you really were a ignorant fool for messing with the veil.
The music and visuals are perfect.

Getting random staff made it feel like I was subject tot he luck of the draw and even then getting high enough stats to make it to point 3 at the temple felt impossible.

Really pretty game for something that is mostly UI! I really enjoyed the story and your very literal interpretation of the theme. Think it could make a fun resource managing game if there was more potential for people to get lost or die so that you have to really be quite careful about who you send, but overall was really enjoyable!

The writing and sound design ensured that this game feels eerie and atmospheric, and I liked that "discovering" how the games works was part of the game.

Losing recruits after an expedition did feel a bit inconsequential, not sure if that was intentional or not. This meant I could lose recruits on purpose so I can gather the right people for my team to reach a needed stat.

Overall I really enjoyed the game! :)
