Nice submission! It would have been nice to have the game pause while you are choosing your mutation. Also just a tiny bit of screen shake could make the game feel amazing. I really enjoyed playing your game. Great work.

This game's strongest point is definitely the aesthetics. It feels very moody and dark and stylized. The lights on the particle effects and enemies feel really nice! The only feedback I'd give regarding graphics is that the map is way too dark.

Gameplay wise, I enjoyed the mutations, but it feels kind of random that your mutations are affected randomly. It sometimes feels like you're really powerful and the next moment you're really weak and fire really slowly. I think the game would be better without this massive variation, because, although it fits with the idea of the mutation, it feels to unclear and out of the player's reach. I think that having the mutations the player picks be both positive and negative would be a better way to achieve this, and is already something you do!
