The game is good but there is a problem is
the meteor teleporting not spawning
and another problem that THERE IS NO SETTINGS TO SET UP THE VOLUME i set the volume using the mixer in my divice
thank you for the feedback,
Yes the asteroids teleport back to random position on the left. I have the fix for it to move outside of view then move back. I didn't think it was that noticeable.
The volume is set for mid range. We definitely have a plan for the settings UI. No engine so no prebuilt UI stuff. All from love.
I like your art! Nice job making a unique look, and it's fun as well. Good work!
thank you for the feedback!
My display max resolution is 1366 x 768, so i couldn't fix the display error :c
Sorry to hear that.
I have the fix ready for after the jam.
If your really, really want to play you could try another monitor or tv.
=]
that intro song is done so well, and I find the game mechanic unique instead of hold up or down you just press it once really making it feel like you are floating!
thank you for the feedback
Very fun and hard game ! I like the idea of the character reacting to the environment ^^
Thank you, just got done playing yours.
Amazing game!! I really enjoyed playing your game.
thank you!
Yes for what genre of game this its well put together....simple and fair..... I am not sure if you have something interesting to collect the further you go, but it doesn't appear so. If you had something to maybe break up the asteroids or collected it along the way or something might be a good feature to expand on this... the borders are off, but it kind of helps anticipate the next move...but probably would be better if the edges were clean
Yes, I agree the borders are too close, but it definitely makes it easier to plan your next path and avoid the Oh Shit moment.
Thanks for the feedback!
I really like the art and the style, but I had to adjust several resolution settings to be able to see the game correctly, except for that issue the game is fun to play. Good work!
thank you for the feedback!
I have the res fix ready lol. Was trying to manually push the lootlocker at end and sadly overlooked some testing.
Should have some free time tonight to play yalls games as well.
Oh shit! Love the pixel art of the astronaut and how intense the game is at capturing the feeling of a close call, where you somehow barely manage to avoid the asteroids! I had so many of those 'oh shit' moments on my runs.
The controls felt a little bit delayed and sometimes that meant there was almost no way to dodge in time by the time the asteroids spawned, but most of the time it felt pretty good. I liked the additional "stabilize" button which helped when I had a clearing.
Highest score I got was 11 m!
PS the game didn't run correctly at first, but the suggestion of changing my desktop resolution to 1920x1080 worked for me!
Thank you for playing!
Cameron (Soup erNova) did a awesome job on the pixel art 5/5.
I fudged up the camera abit at the end. So it's best to set your display resolution to < 1920x1080!
The stabilize button was meant to help or hurt you if you used it to much. Could definitely adjust the input delay. Plan was to spawn the asteroids further out from the player but never got 2 it.
I know 28M score is possible!
I can't wait to play your game!
