some games are just unplayeble, and this is worst part of jam

Since scratch is primarily made for kids with no coding experience, you will generally have more projects with less quality

so, are you assuming that just because the game engine is made for kids, everyone that makes a game with this engine is a kid?


and now you're also assuming that every game made by a kid is automatically bad?

If you look at scratch's statistics page most of the demographic is kids and have less experience so less quality games in general. I'm also a kid.

it was made for beginners, typically kids. it takes a long time to actually develop great skill
