This was great! Concept AND execution. The small details like the background getting seen through door or the enemies moving with you really add to the experience.

I was confused by pressing up to go down the stairs but that was the only part I got stuck on.

Good job!

Yeah, we have to fix some technical issues with movement. Thank you for your feedback and for playing the game :D

The graphics are phenomenal! The flashlight effect, how smooth the room transitions are, really well done.

Thanks for the feedback! And thank you for playing the game! :D

Awesome! I really like the pixel art on this game. It is just missing sounds and music. Overall great game!

Thank you very much!

Is a really nice game! smooth control, appeling atmosphere and an interesting plot. The game reminded me classics as the first alone in the dart for DOS or Lone survivor a very cool/interesting 2D survival horror. Excellent job guys!

Thank you very much for the feedback and for playing the game! :D

Really happy with this eerie exploration horror adventure game! The look and atmosphere is handled extremely well and I have to say this is one of the most polished experiences for the jam. I love how exploring the house yields weird and unique scary encounters, access to the house changes over time, and the puzzles are fairly intuitive! By far the most interesting thing is the excellent parallax scrolling background graphics which give the house a sense of depth and make the spatial dimensions very clear.

There were some minor bugs, such as ascending the staircase, the parallax effect mucking up at one point, and the descending ladder trapping me, but these were pretty minor gripes and I was able to ultimately complete the game having had a really enjoyable and scary experience. Good job!

Thanks for submitting the game to SCREAM JAM!

First of the visuals and the drippy noises were very good, I enjoyed playing the character and having the flashlight, it added a good effect to the playing field, especially with the opened doorframe kitchen being dark in the background and transitioning into it.

I will say that I had an issue with the controls when going up and down the stairs, it did not work 100% of the time, but besides that, overall very spooky.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes it may be some issues, we are trying to fix them soon! Thanks for playing the game!

While I really enjoyed your game art, the game loop didn't hold a lot for challenge for me, and I encountered a couple bugs.

Yeah we ran out of time and still was needed some fixes. Thanks for your feedback! :D
