While I like the idea of having an environment so overrun by fog that it requires Theseus-in-the-labyrinth levels of strategy to navigate, that starts to come apart a bit once the environments in the school start showing up copy/pasted and it's no longer possible to get your bearings back after a wrong turn. I would've liked to see where this all lead! but it was super disheartening to take a wrong turn and realize I'd have to spend so long lost or backtracking to get back to it. Appreciated the BGM.
Great atmosphere and soundtrack!
NO! I was having such a good time and then I clipped out of the map, which to be fair I first thought was intentional but as I have been falling in the sky box for the last 5 minutes I assume it is not. And it was right before the end too ._. (Replayed of course lol)
Ok but for real. I loved this. The music was top notch for that dream-like feeling, and instantly when you take it away you are reminded of how terrifying that haze like fog can be. Speaking of which, the only minus for me was that the fog was maybe little bit too heavy near the player, but only just a bit. There was something going on with the resolution of the screen too, first I opened the game resolution was about 140p and after alt+enter it fixed itself, but late at the game I noticed that there was something appearing at the bottom of the screen when picking up items, which I assume was text but I could not see at all. I survived well without them, but though to mention in case you plan to develop this game further!
Regardless, I had extremely good time with this, weirdly nostalgic feelings are littered about and I think you nailed the dream-like feeling. Oh and I found the binary! Great work!
Thanks for the feedback! I added notes to the game description to make people aware of the bugs. Iโm surprised you found the binary as I was worried no one would. I agree, I probably overdid the fog, but, Iโm glad you still enjoyed the game!
That's great. Hehe, you did good work with this nonetheless bugs and all, we all have them anyways. ^^
awesome work, very eerie
Dude. 10/10
Got jumscared from my desktop at the end lmao.
The rooms in the school are perhaps a bit too confusing, but otherwise a great game!
(mby add something at the end?) ๐๐
