This is an ambitious dungeon and one I’m really excited to run! I love how you thought through what this needs and wants
Really clever dungeon with the inclusion of the tide mechanics. Will definitely put this to use in my upcoming games.
What level is this designed for?
I omitted a recommended level because I do not feel familiar enough with Shadowdark to really gauge difficulty, and I focused a bit more on making something interesting. After reading through some other entries and familiarizing myself with the system, I would probably consider this good and fair for a party of level 3 characters. Lower levels should still be playable, albeit, with a kind of brutal difficulty.
The water level mechanic is brilliant! I love this sort of enviornmental hazard that can make combat and exploration more challenging.
Happy to hear that you like it. Giving exploration a dynamic, shifting element was something I've wanted to play with for some time, and tides seemed like a good way to do it.

Tide mechanics and zombie sharks? Sign me up!
Happy to hear that it's your jam. :)
Dude this looks so good and is such an original idea!
Thank you very much!
I should mention that I really loved how it feels like Blackjaw can sneak up and take a bite out of you at any given time.
IF the water level is deep enough. I really wanted to highlight deep water being something that should be avoided, and a random shark attack seemed like an obvious way to push that.
Yes, you are brilliant for this!
I'm running a hexcrawl-sandbox, where the world is in a zombie apocalypse. I have a pirate port town on the western coast of the map where this could make an excellent side quest. I'm using the LFG system so there will be a little bit of tweaking required, but it will be well worth it for them to find this naturally.
