Will i be able to use batch code?

I just want to know if i can use the only coding language i understand, batch. If you don't know what it is here is a hello world script with it:

@echo off
echo Hello world
pause >NUL

Of course, there is no limit on how you do this, as long as it is related to the theme of the jam
