Is it allowed to use AI generated assets (graphics) in the Jam?
They said you should have rights to the assets I dont think you own AI art.
That can probably depend on what AI you use - and you only need the right to use the produced images, not really own them (there is a difference).
The question was answered on discord though, and AI generated assets are okay to use, given the above of course.
If your game has AI-generated assets, you have to outline what assets were made using AI in the description of your game.
