I feel like you wanted it turned base but the game mechanics are random on the candy and Ghost? . . .

Not quite, I didn't want fully fluid movements. The speed got a bit slower than i wanted, because it started doing some weird stuff when the speed was higher

Is this turn based? Because I'm not sure about how the ghosts and the player behave. Anyway, got a pretty good time until day 9 when three ghosts spawned really close. Good sub!

Not a bad start, but ghost behaviour sucks - can just walk near the wall every level. Maybe if it saw the player and jumped a few tiles at once or something, it would be more challenging.  Same for candies, I noticed they decrease each step, but still I never had a need to be economical with steps.

Also movement is laggy for me (though I ran on Linux under wine).

Nice game, I love the sprites, especially the ghost! The movement is pretty cool too, I would have liked some sounds though, and it was very easy. Good job overall!

There is the basis of a really interesting puzzle game here. I like that you keep the same candy level from day to day, it adds more strategy considerations. The ghosts weren't much of a threat though moving every other turn, but if they moved every turn they would get overwhelming. Hm..... Maybe make a percent chance that they move every turn? and the percent increases with the level counter? Idk, but I'm excited to see if you do anything more with this concept!

Nice! Fun gameplay and some solid pixel art. It'd be nice if you moved a touch faster, and it's a little unclear when the ghosts steal from you (is it when they try to move into the tile you're on?), but still very enjoyable.

Good job with the art and animations! The player movement felt a little slow for me, but overall I enjoyed it!
