Very interesting indeed. It's not easy to balance strategy games and I think you achieve it. Congratulations!

Wow, this is the most engaging and most polished game I've encountered so far!

I feel like it's so close to a finished game!

I can imagine different game modes with different plants (with different needs) and different biomes!

great job!

Developer

Oh, we got very carried away with the development of this game, we got an interesting idea to launch later where the game lasts until you die but some additional modifiers are added every year to make it interesting

Amazing game. Really liked it. The resource management is fun and to think how to get through the winter is challenging. Also fits perfect the theme.

its fun when you get used to the mechanics

This is a great game! Once I got a grasp on the mechanics I had a great time!

Game mechanics were cool, but I was never able to figure out how to grow flowers

Developer

Oh, leaves automatically produce flowers once you get to the spring

ok i should try and give it another go
maybe i missed instructions on the flowers in-game

Really inventive idea and impressive to fit so many mechanics into 48 hours. Awesome stuff.

This is the second time a game jam game is so good I'm leaving it on my computer. Good job!

I really liked the game! thought it was fun and I loved growing the tree. i wish there was more audio but what was there felt right. I wish there was a little more information about what the goal was upfront but the tooltips were generally helpful. GG overall.

Developer (1 edit)

Yeah, sadly audio was last in our priority queue and we didn't have that much time to polish it. But we are looking towards perhaps making a post-jam version of the game later.

Every time I tried, the same result, propably good game, but I can't tell, please fix it..

(I also don't know if it's only my problem, but I have internet on, and also don't try my game it's very bad, and you get rage easaly)

Developer

It was an attempt to make it work in the browser, turns out too many features weren't working there and there is now only the downloadable version.

Thanks for help, I played the game, after start it was pretty chaotic, but later I understoond what I'm about to do, and it was perfect game! Good rating, I hope you win this gamejam! (also sorry for my english)

Really cool game! Didn’t survive my first winter because I had to figure it out and then winter was already coming! The strategy concepts are quite advanced for a game jam and I really dig the tiled art style. I like the mouse-overs for the information although I was a little bit puzzled at the start! Will play it some more now :D
