I played SHROOM FINAL and the button Apply Tool did not do anything. Was I playing the correct build? Maybe try to hide the ones we should not play.
If you used the scalpel tool then the Apply tool doesn't work. The other tools should work.
Another reason could be if the organ is spawned without any fungi, in that case you need to restart the whole game.
