ive only done 2-3 jams but heres a tip. don't rush it, I regret GMTK game jam 2022 because i rushed and submitted an unpolished and boring game after a few hours because i thought i would have alot less time. especially since this is 15 days. take it easy :)

Yes! Taking it easy and taking advantage of the timeline can really help you. Definitely start small, too.
