Who all was involved in the creation of your submission?
Just me

How does your game fit into the Theme?
You have just a little amount of gas left in your car, so it's down to the wire if you want to get to the ambulance without using up your gas

Does your submission incorporate the flavor?

If it does, how is the flavor used?
The car behaves very strangely. Only a little bump in the road, and it flips over!

Does your game contain sound effects?

Great interpretation of the theme! And interesting combination of vehicle handling and fuel use strategy. I wasn't able to beat the 3rd level, and based on the giant arrow spinning around erratically and then disappearing, I figure the ambulance rolled away out of the world or something?

Feedback for improvement. The engine audio is really cool. You could improve it further by shifting the pitch as the car accelerates. The car also topples over seemingly at random (could just be because it's hard to see the terrain sometimes). The terrain visuals are also identical between the 3 levels I played. You could explore hue-shifting the colours somewhat to add a bit of variety (either the terrain, or the sky, or both), would make it look super pretty! I love the minimalistic art style though.

Vehicle physics are super hard to get right, so I'm super impressed with this entry! Great work :)

Thank you for playing! I'm impressed you made it to the 3rd level, well done! Funny that the ambulance rolled away, that hasn't happened to me yet :D Thank you for the feedback, hue-shifting the colors is a great idea!

I really like the concept of this and I think it's a really fun interpretation of the jam theme! A couple things I noticed:

*the camera's a bit difficult to work with. maybe make it so that the camera only moves if the mouse cursor is at the top/left/right/bottom of the screen and keep a section of the middle of the screen as a "safe spot" for the cursor to be without any camera movement.

* The car overturning very easily when you're barely moving isn't very realistic, and is kind of a feels bad, especially if something in the terrain caused my to move and it's not something that I actively did myself.

* The inclines/declines of the landscape are hard to read; I didn't actually know that I was on a hill until I moved backwards when I wasn't pressing the gas. Some adjustments to the landscape's design may be able to help this, but I'm not familiar with 3D, so I can't say what exactly could be done to help this out.

All in all, great game, I'd love to see it more fleshed out!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback, glad you liked it! I will keep these points in mind when making my next car game :-)

I really liked the concept. Using your car's momentum to carry you farther makes for a fun puzzle to solve. One little thing I'd like to note is that it's difficult to read the slope of the terrain. The ground is too light to effectively read whether you're going up or down. And the camera controls were a little awkward too. I enjoyed the game though.
