If we may ask for some clarification please;

We have a V1.2 Ready to publish of our submission with some bug fixes. However we do not wish to get disqualified if our upload would also change our submission entry, and end up getting disqualified. 

Can you please clarify if we can upload our new build now or if its better to wait till after the rating period is over.

Hey! Thank for the question.

I'd recommend waiting until after the voting period is over to post the update, unless you believe it's needed. (ex. a game-breaking bug that needs fixed.)
