Really like the overall visual aesthetic. The soup/chicken resource mechanic is an awesome way to make it feel like there's strategy to the game and therefore much more engaging. I would definitely want to play this through multiple levels of increasing difficulty.
Interesting idea, pretty fun even if short and simple.
Cool animations, good art.
You should add more screenshots probably.
Add more tags to know this is a tower defense game, and a short description.
Main menu is pretty bland, you should also add a settings menu.
I don't know if I would say the chickens are out of control, I too wouldn't let myself be eaten and fight back probably.
