I'm trapped early on. I am stuck with a splinter and a door. Not sure if it's an American language thing. My sense of splinter is a very microscopic piece of wood. I also can't understand the mechanics of the situation and would find more hints helpful there, as I am interested in the story. thanks!

ETA: I solved it! I see where the hints were built in. nice puzzles!

This was a fine game. Unlike many of the other games there were no graphics or text styling but that is not a requirement for me, as long as the story and puzzles are fine. Well done!

This was quite a fun little game and I particularly enjoyed what I’ll call the “hidden” nature of some of the puzzles… the built in hint system was also pretty great. The use of countdowns to add suspense also added… well actual suspense. :-)

I felt like a few aliases were perhaps missing when I was trying to figure things out, but otherwise very smooth. One last thing: I also got tripped up that look thing and examine thing behaved the same 95% of the time, but sometimes vital clues would only show up when an object was examined. Making this 100% consistent would help.
