I like the idea, it's a unique concept compared to other games. It does need a little polishing, but is still a fun game, nice job!

There seems to be no win-condition, and you can easily walk "out of" the game, sloppy. There also doesn't seem to be a lose condition, as I let the game run for a while without defending the random lungs floating around and nothing seemed to happen.

"Open Wounds" are default blender cube look-alike balls? And seem to be the same texture used for the bullets, which you can outrun while moving forward.
