Well done! I really like how you can (mostly) predict what exits lead to the ending, once you've played a few times! (Although I always forget to count how many items I have, so idk if there's a special ending for finding them all)
Nice use of the bitsy soundtrack tool to make that constant unnerving/spooky sound effect. The rotating player model avatar was clean as well, I enjoyed the pixel art all around. Perfect fit with the jam theme too, very inevitable.
I love how this game tied into the theme of the jam and the visuals were so striking! The dialogue was very well written as well, overall a great game! Super enjoyed playing it, thank you for the experience!
I liked the inevitableness of the game (the game title is so fitting for this) and the eventual acceptance of the end choice. I also enjoyed the setting of the game being in the 'depths', and its metaphorically dark and suffocating nature - I felt it really added to the perils of the fish.
I really liked how you used the theme for this game, instead of making it about not having a choice it's more like accepting a the only choice you have which just shifts the vibe to make it so much better.
Wow - I love the atmosphere of this game. I jumped out of my seat when the anglerfish came on screen - when it was approaching me it really felt like I couldn't escape.
This one was really cool, one of the most interesting bitsy games I have played! I thought it was the perfect length. I really enjoyed the ending. Well done!
