I want to have some color theme. Every time you launch the game, 2 pair of colors are randomly got and that is your current theme. Is it allowed ?

How the theme is interpreted is determined during the ranking by those who rank it. 

Classic comedy. If it helps, as someone who potentially will rank ur entry I will say yes that is allowed. Infact I would say that is a very smart and a useful idea.
