The look of the skeletons was really cool and the animations were great!
The level looked cool as well!
I could walk through walls, and fell underneath the map, not sure what the end goal was!
Overall I think it looked good but just needed more polish and the controls needed to be more standard as I was getting confused walking and turning!

This was an interesting entry! It seems like a solid start that just needed more time.
What I liked:
- The skeletons were pretty creepy and the animations were great.
- It was dark, but not too dark. You found a good balance.
Some Notes:
- The movement speed was too quick and could cause people motion sickness.
- Movement controls seemed to be a bit off. I'd follow normal movement conventions, where forward movement is done with the left and turning is done with the right.
It's a solid start! Thanks for a great submission.
Cool visuals 🔥
Movement controls seemed a bit strange to me.
Curiosity question: have you used an asset for skeletons or have you modeled them yourself? 💀🦴
Thanks for feedback!
I need to work out the controls more for sure and play with some options. The skeleton I modified by taking a higher res scan and built a low poly version over it (while connecting all the bones so that the whole thing is a single unified mesh). I painted the textures using substance painter and then did the armature rig in blender. Then I used some stock skeletal animations retargeted to my mesh/armature. (sorry long answer!)
Nice look to it - and it ran well on the Quest. Nice spooky skeletons!
Wasn't sure if there was a goal to do, or an objective to complete - the movement was a little too fast for me...
Looked great though, nice job! Over 500Mb seems a big download for what I experienced, did I miss anything?
Thank you for checking it out! And thank you for the feedback too :)
The current download size is terrible because I was rushing to just package up whatever was showable to contribute to the game jam, so I didn't optimize anything and it included lots of stuff that isn't connected/accessible in the game yet. I hope to post an update in a week or so (after the jam is over) that optimizes the file size too.
Thank you for being patient enough to download a 500mb incomplete prototype and giving it a try!
I think you are probably right about the speed, slowing it down is a good idea as I have been getting into to interactions/attacking.
