Make a zombie horror game in 3D, using Unreal Engine, Maximum graphics, all settings maximum ray tracing and options to change the anti-aliasing and FXAA. Or use GameMaker or The Zig Programming Language or Rust Or C++ or Tang Programming Language or the Ting programming language which I don't think exists, or use Ruby or PHP or HTML, CSS, JavaScirpt, or basically any programming language from here or use the web frameworks, or any programming language that Fireship uses. Tip: Use books and info from the web and YouTube and documentation for programming. You can use Coda Maker.

Or, that paid Coda app. It is for kids.

can i use unity 3d?

If you want. If your goal is not realistic or you are not that experienced to use the others, then use Unity 3D.

It's fine if you still use Unity 3D. By the way, read this topic and the jam overview again, I have edited it.
