Regarding Mechanics

Heyo! I joined this jam yesterday and had an idea for an SRD based around shoot 'em up/bullet hell videogame mechanics (most specifically thinking about the "grazing bullets" thing some of those games have).

...As in, the game submitted *will* be physical, but the mechanic is inspired by a mechanic from a non-analog game.

Is that okay, or should I look for a mechanic from *another* tabletop/analog game? :0

Thank you for the opportunity!

Hey hey! No worries! Thanks for asking!

The project sounds really neat, so I'm glad to see how it turns out!

I'll go ahead and check with my fellow officers! Stay tuned :3

Got it! Thank you so much!

Hey! Thank you for your question. Sorry this response took a while.

Yes! Feel free to take a mechanic from anything, be it a videogame, tabletop, or roleplaying game. You're good to go as long as you take it and put an original spin on the mechanic!

Heyo! No worries, thank you for the clarification! :D
