I was hoping to get some clarification about what happens if my work is not included in the anthology. In those circumstances, it is my understanding the agreement would be terminated or no longer be valid. Is that correct?
That's a very good question! The terms will be updated in future to make this clearer. The agreement should be terminated in the event that your submission is not selected. In that case there would be no ongoing arrangement (although even under the terms of the agreement, Long Tail is only granted non-exclusive rights, which means contributors are always completely free to sell or do anything they want with the game).
