- very solid entry! Wish that the binary stuff did a liiiiitle more _teaching_ about how the system works. I already knew so was able to get by easily enough, but most kiddos are just going to be guessing and clicking around until they get it right.
- Good idea, but it was really just CS50 with some toys. I'd like to see more attention paid to the game aspect.
- Original idea and great execution, reminded me of old school educational games. Wonderful aesthetically.

Love the UI! I was amazed by the terminal. How did you do it?
Glad you liked it! The terminal widget is basically a file structure represented using nested objects and an input field who's input is used to navigate this structure. You can check out what the widget looked like before I integrated it into the game here. The linked version has more commands such as mkdir, rmdir, touch, rm, but I decided to trim it down for the final game version.
I totally love the art style. The binary exercise was my favorite! :)
Thanks! I wanted the art to be appealing to the kids that would play it, with a retro pixelated aesthetic to match with the subject. I wanted robokid to look like a character a kid would become friends with! Glad you liked the binary exercise, it's one of my favorites too.
Wow. Very well done. Very Very cool! Everything is perfect! I like the terminal idea. Overall a great learning experience.
Thank you so much for such high praise!! We really, really appreciate the kind words :)
this is super cool!! well done , congrats :)
Thank you so much!
This is really cool! I really like the binary lessons. You don't see things like that around enough.
Thanks! We wanted to cover a variety of computing topics in our game (some reluctantly scrapped) in ways a kid could hopefully understand and have fun playing around with (even if they didnt understand!).
This is incredible! Simulating the command line blew my mind.
This is so rad!
Thank you!! Glad you liked it :)
