I love stories that explore Marisa's drive to do what she does. It tends to be really easy to resonate with. And I really liked these interpretations of Alice and Patchy and what could potentially drive them as well. Good stuff.
Minor thing: The mini-portraits in the UI for Patchy and Alice don't change expression alongside the main portrait. (But Marisa and Reimu's mini-portraits work fine.) Even once I noticed, I still sometimes was only looking at the mini-portraits/UI to focus on reading, so I probably missed some expressions.
That's a very cool interpretation of Alice's transition from PC-98. I'm happy the music placement was so effective.
Marisa is such a shounen protag.
Touching story that hits home personally, though I'm sure it'll be the case for other readers.
Also the retellings of the danmaku patterns. I could see them as I read.
Good thing there was no Byakuren part because I will never recover from Byakuren denying my UFO Hard clear.
