A deep dive into Marisa's past. One that feels appropriate for her present, but offers many knobs to turn to tell a different tale. The variations remind of the how an oral legend might twist and turn through the generations based on the values and interests of the storyteller. The endings provide a brief summary of the results of your choices, leading Marisa to seek someone. Maybe I missed it, but the ending I tried the hardest to find was one where Marisa sought out more on her mother and grandmother. That narrative hook was dropped early but feels like it it got lost along the way. It is unfortunate to see no visuals to accompany the writing, but the writing holds up just fine without it. Really, the one thing I'd like is a larger textbox to make more use of the screen and require less clicking between sentences. A byproduct of the engine being used, I suppose.

Thanks for the feedback! I will improve the GUI and add additional art and bgm later on.

A build your own Marisa! It's cool to see how knowledgeable you are on Marisa's backstory, and I like how much variety there is in choices. Every version of Marisa someone has is granted equal weight, and I think that's cool.

It's actually very primitive coding lul. I will improve the game later on, but I dunno if I will add much more in the aspect of story.

Cute read. Got like 6 different endings-- dunno if that's all of them, but either way that's enough for me. I quite like the Marisa headcanons ya bring up, as well as how the reader can choose the backstory. Marisa can have a wildly different internal journey depending on your choices, while still fitting in with what we know about canon Marisa pretty well, and that's appreciated. I do think the structure feels a bit too much like a checklist of semi-chronological topics, rather than a natural memoir, and it'd be nice if later chapters (other than the ending, of course) changed depending on your earlier choices. There's quite a few typos and grammatical errors, but eh, I don't mind it all that much.

In short, it's like a daily diary entry-- unconcerned with flowery flourishes, and charmingly honest.

Glad you liked it! The grammar errors exist probably because English isn't my first language. I dunno if I could refine those errors though. I still will improve the GUI and add additional art and bgm later on.
