Cute concept. Reminds me of games I would play in school. Would be nice of there were multiple difficulty options, as the questions were all really low-level math. Others have already mentioned it, but a time limit for answering questions would be nice, too. I also wish the character moved faster; they're pretty slow.
Thank you for your feedback.
Difficulties has already been added to my list of ideas, should I decide to further the game.
I am still a bit back and forth on how to do the time limited, as I also want to offer a pressure free experience, but ideas have been writen down.
I'll add player speed to a list of tweaks.
Cute, simple game! I only wish the walking speed was a bit faster. I can't believe you tricked me into doing math!! >>>>>:(
Also, Grombit's house on the far right is way too hard! I was not expecting the AP Calculus question with work required and a paragraph-style explanation
Was fantastic! Just add a time limit that if the problem is not solved within a specific amount of time a ghost will trick! It'd be helpful for the small kids in making them interested in maths!
Thank you for your feedback.
I was considering a timelimit, but decided against it in order not to pressure the player.
I have some ideas I did not manage to fit in, but may, or may not, work on in the future.
Nice and cute little game with a pleasant presentation. The audio FX for getting "candy" felt like a nice little reward for correctly solving the presented problems.
To gamify things a little more it would be interesting to have some kind of time pressure added to each of the questions from the houses. Somethin akin to a burning rope countdown from Hearthstone to force faster mental math responses from players and the faster you correctly respond the more candy reward you're able to get. Right now it feels a little too forgiving with infinite time to respond to the prompts.
Thank you for your feedback.
A more diverse reward of candy was on my list, but in the end I got burned out and skipped a few ideas.
Maybe in the future I will redo parts of the game, but for now I am just learning and honing my skills.
