Awesome art and game/visual mechanics!
music and sfx were out of this world, was not expecting to hear FM Synth this jam
Absolutely great Trick or Treatin' game! Loved the art, the sound, the controls were tight and everything just felt right! Also really liked the hints being texts from her brother instead of just spoon feeding info with boring text.
Really fun game! I ike the music - something between the Casino Zone of Sonic and ToeJam and Earl :)

Loved the music and the artstyle! Enemies had fun designs and behavior. Movement felt a little slow but overall the controls were solid.
This game is so fun! Mechanically the abilities and character control worked great for me. I love any game that encourages and rewards you for optimizing your play, and the conceit of collecting as much candy before midnight was perfect for that. I got 642 after a couple tries, I wonder what I could be doing better to get that killer 870 in your screenshot!
Also the art and music/sounds remind me of Duck Game, always good. Kind of a hilarious aesthetic as an exaggeration of how people remember old games :)
A game with a great art style and music. Absolutely adorable. My only gripes are that controls are a little weird and in bro's texts, house is spelled "hourse." (And there's only room for one horse game in this jam.) That's it! Love this game!

I love the music and art and the different abilities feel really good to use. The only problem I had was that I couldn't tell what I was supposed to do when Randy showed up while I was playing. After two games I went through the big bro's texts and found out I could store candy at home but it would've been really nice to have that info before I started since it's key to getting a decent score. There didn't seem to be any reason to go home except for respawning after getting caught by Randy (which felt pretty awful tbh) so I don't think I would have figured that out on my own. Without reading the texts my instinct was to fight him off like any other kid so it was a bit upsetting to find out that what I thought was a special death animation was just him being stunned for a bit. But I do think there's a great game in this, and just changing how that info is delivered would make it a much better experience!
