Ok great entry, a lot to say. First, love the idea, it's original and has a lot of potential, it was hard at first but once I understood it, I could score infinite points (stopped at 400 i think) by doing everything slowly. Thanks so much for the tutorial, for a 3 hour long competition it's such a nice addition. Love the music, and yeah overall quite impressive for such a short time period, good job.
This is a very fast-paced game. Or, well, it will usually become that after at least a few clicks, since you have to move out of the way further distances – although a careful approach got me almost as much points as for a more frantic run.
That’s the part that makes it fun at least. However, also with regard to what the previous comment says: I think it’s not really the tutorial that’s in the way of playing again, it’s the loading time.
With all that said, I do really enjoy all the subtle visual and audio ‘juice’. It really spices up the otherwise simple art style, makes it (at least seem) like a deliberate choice.
Nice idea, it's very fun! :) To time to restart the game is too big and the tutorial is annoying after a few plays, but hey, for only 3.5 hours is very good.
You can skip the tutorial. Pressing R also restart the game. I’ll work on some improvements that I’ve in mind (and also done). So, thanks for your feedback.
